Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police conducted investigation in Cr.No.597/2017 and during investigation, they found woman and child safely, who were alleged to be missing and therefore, further action was dropped in the case as per proceeding C.No.110/C1- Patamata/2018 dated 28.04.2018. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required at this length of time. 3. The submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
