To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reconsider the application filed by the petitioner as per Exhibit P5 acknowledgment to correct his name in Exhibit P1 Birth Certificate as 'Parthav Nair' instead of Parthav S.Nair relying upon Exhibit P2, P3 and P4 documents at the earliest within a time frame; 2. To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to correct the name of the father of the petitioner in Exhibit P1 Certificate as 'Shivan Kutty' as shown in Exhibit P7 School Certificate at the earliest within a time frame; Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner has already been considered and the changes, as sought by the petitioner, is effected.
