The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 189/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 111(7), 308(2), 308(3), 308(4), 308(5) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 3184 of 2025 by order dated 29.04.2025. 4. On 22.11.2024, two unknown persons had fired outside the premises of the informant to enforce the demand of Rangdari. The accused persons belonged to Sujit Sinha gang. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2024. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 7. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
