This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and grant following reliefs:- (i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of Case No. 129/2015 pending before the Ld. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application filed by the Petitioner under section 239 for his discharge. (iv) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order, direction or grant any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 129/2015, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the learned IV Civil Judge Junior, Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.), vide order dated 04.04.2022. 3.
