Respondent no.3-Geeta is present before this Court physically. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that on the earlier date interim order was granted to the petitioner only on the condition that the petitioner will solemnize marriage with respondent no.3, but he has not done the same and is making lame excuses. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the previous order as well as counter affidavit filed by respondent no.3 and it is apparent from the record that the interim order dated 21.03.2025 was granted to the petitioner on his undertaking that he was ready to solemnize marriage with respondent no.3. 7. A pointed query was made to learned counsel for the petitioner as to what is the stand of the petitioner, on which, he submits that he does not want to marry respondent no.3 anymore. 8. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner since the F.I.R made out a serious case against the petitioner. 9.
