GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not following the procedure established by law more preferably under the provisions of Cr.P.C. as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to take steps for ray appearance before any of the authority by duly serving a notice in any recognized mode of communication duly mentioning the necessary details of the case in which my appearance is required etc., facts.” 2 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, in view of Crime No.183 of 2022, which was registered against the Petitioner for the offence under Section 324 read with 34 IPC, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station and served with notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that the investigation in the said crime is completed, charge sheet has also been filed and C.C number is awaited. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
