Mr. Inderpal Singh Parmar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed his power of attorney. The same is taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 01.04.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
