Pass any other order / direction, as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and appropriate under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is at advance stage and all the witnesses have been examined, as such this petition has become infructuous. 3.
