Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balbadda P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 83 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 96, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 96/ 3(5), 126(2)/ 3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 4 (2) and 17 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Godda. 3. On 30.05.2025, daughter of the informant went missing. It is alleged that co-accused Rishi Mandal had enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with intention to her marry her. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has been made accused because he is the elder brother of co-accused Rishi Mandal. It was further submitted that the victim has been recovered and, in her statement, she has stated that she had married with the co-accused Rishi Mandal. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Godda, in connection with Balbadda P.S.
