Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents.
2. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar, Devanahalli Taluk to consider his representation dated 30.10.2023 at Annexures-F, for regularization of unauthorized occupation of 26 Guntas of land in Sy.No.183 of Sanne Amanikere, village, Kasaba Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, however, the provision in Section 94A for regularization of unauthorised occupation requires an application to be filed during the relevant period when applications are called for. Such representation cannot be considered by the competent authority unless an application duly is filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. There is substance in the submissions made by the learned High Court Government Pleader. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file such an Application in accordance with law.
4. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
