Order on Board 17/01/2025 1. This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed after arguing for sometime vide order dated 19.12.2024 passed in MCRC No. 7923/2024. At the time of dismissal of the first bail application of the applicant liberty was granted to the applicant to repeat his prayer for bail after examination of the material witnesses. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after dismissal of the first bail application 19.12.2024, two witnesses have been examined on 02.01.2025 including the victim. Since the trial of the case is not in progress 2 satisfactorily, therefore, he moved his second bail application as the applicant is in jail since 13.10.2024. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the second bail application. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, considering that on 19.12.2024 the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed and thereafter on 02.01.2025 two witnesses have been examined it cannot be said that the trial is not in considerable progress and further that the other witnesses who are the material witnesses are yet to be examined and only the victim and her mother had been examined. Therefore, in view of the above, I do not find any change in circumstances for admitting the second bail application of the applicant. 5. Consequently the second bail application of the applicant Komal Navrange is dismissed at motion stage itself.
