2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra) P.S. Case No. 636 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(6), 311, 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of M/s. Archana Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Ranchi.
3. On 30.12.2024, at about 12:00 Noon, three unknown persons intercepted the staff of the informant namely Sumit Gupta in front of ICICI Bank, Piska More Branch and looted about Rs. 13.00 lakhs from him.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of M/s. Archana Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra) P.S. Case No. 636 of 2024.
