THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, UNIT-IV, SOMASILA PROJECT, ATMAKUR, SPSR NELLORE DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in not paying the compensation and extending R and R benefits for the land in an extent of Ac.1.48 cents in 2 Sy.No.621 and Ac.1.07 cents in Sy.No.644 of Bayyakkagaripalli Village, Uppaturu Revenue Village, Atloor Mandal, Y.S.R District, eventhough, the same was submerged in Somasila Back Waters as long back as in the year, 2005 and having paid compensation to all other surrounding lands encircling my land as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and contrary to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and also the well established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to the compensation and extending Rand R benefits for the land in an extent of Ac.1.48 cents in Sy.No.621 and Ac.1.07 cents in Sy.No.644 of Bayyakkagaripalli Village, Uppaturu Revenue Village, Atloor Mandal, Y.S.R District, submerged under Somasilla Back Waters.
