This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0094 of 2024, under sections 409 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Shiv Nagar Didai, District Siddharth Nagar. A further prayer has been made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law. 4.
