Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.
The instant writ application has been filed with the following prayers: a. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs or order/orders or direction/ directions or a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding upon the Respondents, particularly Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, to produce the detenu before this Hon’ble Court and set her at liberty from illegal and unlawful confinement;
And b. Pass any other order/orders or direction/ directions as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
In course of the proceedings, the respective parties were asked to physically appear before this Court, which they did and an order was passed on 08.09.2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents No. 2 and 3 while submitting that it has been mentioned therein that the daughter of the respondents No. 2 and 3, namely, Isha Pathak is a major girl and she is free to go for her further studies on her own will and the said respondents do not have any objection to the same.
Based on the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents No. 2 and 3, it has been submitted the writ application be
disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
In view of the said submission as well as the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents No. 2 and 3, this writ application stands disposed of.
