By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to take appropriate steps and measures against the respondent society i.e. respondent Nos. 6 to 9. As the petitioner is subjected to social boycott by respondent no. 6 to 9, in spite of an order in favour of the petitioner by the respondent no. 5/Chhattisgarh State Sahu Sangh. The petitioner has requested the State authority/respondent Nos. 1 to 4 on various occasion intimating about the social boycott made by the respondent no. 6 to 9, however, authorities are not taking any action on the complaint and request made by the petitioner and the 3 petitioner is still subjected to the social boycott by the respondent Sangh i.e. respondents No. 6 to 9. 2. Learned State counsel would submit by referring paragraph 7 of the reply filed by the State that on receipt of the complaint inquiry has been made and as per the report, it is found that the petitioners have not been boycotted from their Samaj nor the ofÏce bearer of the society are having any objection in their social acceptance. 3. I have heard the parties and perused the evidence adduced by the petitioner no. 2, which is annexed by the State in its reply at page no. 24. Who has specifically stated that she is subjected to social boycott by the Society since 2011, hence, it appears that even presently the petitioners are facing the problem of social boycott by society/respondent Nos. 6 to 9. Hence the District Collector Mahasammund is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioners and settle the dispute and the grievance lodged by the petitioner nos 1 and 2, by providing sufÏcient opportunity of hearing to the respondent nos. 6, 7, 8 & 9 also within a period of 50 days from today. 4.
