Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.456/2014" decided on 20.11.2014 and prays that this matter may also be decided in the light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned Counsel for the respondents do not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submissions made at bar, while allowing the application No.42872/2019, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20.11.2014 rendered in the case of "State of Rajasthan & Ors.
