The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Rampur to pass appropriate orders on the complaint dated 17.01.2025 & 07.03.21025 regarding allotment of fair price shop of village Hurmat Nagar, Tehsil & Block Milak, District Rampur in favour of respondent No.6/Rubina Bee daughter of Anwar. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the aforesaid complaints, a Committee has been constituted by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Milak District Rampur vide order dated 10.02.2025. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Milak District Rampur will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Milak District Rampur to pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
