This C.M.P has been field on behalf of the petitioners for restoration of W.P.(C) No.5862/2025 which was dismissed for default on 14.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence, he could not mark the list and as such he could not appear before this Court on 14.11.2025 and the said writ petitioner had dismissed for default. It is submitted that the mistake was not intentional. It is further submitted that he will remain careful in future and there is no fault on the part of the petitioner and hence the W.P.(C) No.2445/2023 to be restored to its

3. Learned APP has raised no objection.
4. Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and from perusal of the records of this case and in view of the averments made in paragraph 4 and 5, the prayer of restoration of W.P.(C) No.5862/2025 is allowed.
5. Accordingly, this C.M.P. No.1193 of 2025 is allowed.
6. The Office is directed to place this writ petition before the appropriate Bench as per roaster.
