JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has called in question the order of conversion of land dated 05.04.2025 in favour of respondent Nos.2 and 3. The petitioner has raised various contentions including that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have no rights over the land with respect to which, order of conversion is passed. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49958 WP No. 22600 of 2025 2. The petitioner further submits that the boundaries of the property conversion of which, has been obtained is contrary to the rights of respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. It is noticed that the order of conversion is with respect to re-survey No. 373/7. The sub number allotted after Phodi and Durasth with respect to 1 Acre in 373/7, which was the subject matter of the challenge in Revision Petition No.38/2023-24, the same has been dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the said order of Phodi and Durasth by way of an appeal. The revision petition has been disposed of on 24.09.2025. 4. In light of the sub number allotted to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, not having been interfered with in the revision proceedings, the petitioner cannot raise dispute relating to the boundaries or allotment of sub number and on basis of such contention, seek to assail the order of conversion. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49958 WP No. 22600 of 2025 Accordingly, the petition is rejected while reserving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action as is permissible in law.
