Ms. Papiya Chattopadhyay
… for the Petitioner(s) Ms. Amrita Panja Moulick Mr. Biswajit Datta … for the State-respondent(s)
The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on or about 05.04.2025, her next door neighbours being the respondent nos. 6 and 7 forcefully entered her house at night and abused her as also her parents. To that effect, information was sent to the Officer-in-charge of Burwan Police Station, but, no steps were taken.

private respondents, as such, they are
directed that if any information from the petitioner is received by them, they would take prompt steps. They are further
directed to ensure that there is no violation of any law and order as also to oversee that the situation is not blown out of the proportion.
