Choudhary, Advocate --- 02/10.12.2025 Both these Bail Application arise out of same police case. Accordingly, both these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 326(f), 326(g), 103(1) and 61(2) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribagh. On 10.07.2025 at about 2:30 p.m., 38 named persons and some unknown persons came to the house of the informant and they set ablaze her house. They also assaulted the husband of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that the occurrence has taken place as deceased and his son have committed the murdered of one of the co-villagers namely Dinesh Prajapati. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. -2- Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and stated that the mob has ransacked the house of the informant and have brutally assaulted the deceased. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
