2/20.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022 corresponding to Cyber P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 109, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the I. T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Giridih.
3. On 30.8.2022, Cyber police Giridih raided the house of one Akhilesh Verma at Gandey on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled and were committing cybercrime. During the raid, two persons were apprehended and three persons managed to escape. The apprehended accused persons confessed the name of petitioner that he was also present at the spot and managed to escape on seeing police party.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that accused persons have confessed the name of this petitioner due

to enmity. He further submits that the other identical situation co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3582 of 2024 and 1848 of 2025. It was submitted that nothing incrementing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and other identical co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in aforesaid ABA, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned court below on his surrender, shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge- II-cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022 and Cyber Case No. 41 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
