Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to conduct proper and fair investigation in first information report dated 1.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 55 of 2025, under Sections 305, 331(4) of B.N.S., Police Station Kasya, District Kushi Nagar. 3. The petitioner has effective alternative remedy by way of filing application before the court below under Section 175(3) of B.N.S.S. 3. We find that the petitioner has already approached the court below, therefore, he may press the aforesaid application along with certified copy of this order so that the matter may be further pursued. 4.
