Without challenging the said proceedings, this writ petition has been directly filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus. 3. When the above was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel sought for an liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings of the second respondent and seek for appropriate relief. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition and seek for appropriate relief.
