JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI For the Petitioners :Mr. Binit Chandra, Advocate For the State : Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, A.P.P. 06/ 12.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, registered under sections 420, 419, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C XIII-cum- Special Judge, CID, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegations is made against the petitioners that they have obtained service in CCL on the ( 2025:JHHC:37348 ) forged document of ancestral property. He further submits that communication has been made by the Circle Officer, Tandwa contained in annexure-6 whereby the document has not been found to be forged. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos. 6582 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 6647 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 6678 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that on the forged documents service has been obtained. 5. From perusal of annexure-6 which is document issued by the Circle Officer, Tandwa it appears that document was not found to be forged and further co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C XIII-cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi, in connection with C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.12.12.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
