The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2025(N), corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.130 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 21(a)/22/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum- Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. On 27.07.2025, Sukhdeo Nagar Police apprehended the co-accused Syed Moazzam Shah @ Faridh Shah @ Farid Shah from Bano Manjil Road. On search, 03.31 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but nothing was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Syed Moazzam Shah @ Faridh Shah @ Farid Shah has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 8657/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
