2. The prayer in the petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 -Tahasildar to issue Saguvali chit in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the
order of regularization of unauthorised occupation passed by the Committee by considering the representation at Annexure-C.
3. It is the contention of the petitioner that he has filed application in Form No.53 on 20.04.1999 seeking

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37543 WP No. 28140 of 2025 Regularization of Unauthorised Occupation of 4 acres of land in Survey No.4 of Mandlahalli Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District. Learned counsel submits that Annexure-B is the list of persons/applicants in whose favour the Committee passed orders of regularization and the name of the petitioner is found at Serial No.3 and an extent of land measuring 4 acres including 5 guntas of kharab land was regularised in favour of the petitioner. However, Saguvali chit was not issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has given a representation to the Tahsildar at Annexure-C to issue an endorsement to the petitioner to collect the kimmath from him. However, the same has not been considered till date.

The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 – Tahasildar, Ramanagara Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner at Annexure-C dated 11.08.2025, verify from the records and find out whether the petitioner was indeed granted the land. If it is found that the Committee had in

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37543 WP No. 28140 of 2025 fact regularised the land in favour of the petitioner, the respondent-Tahasildar shall proceed to collect the kimmath from the petitioner and subsequently, pass necessary orders issuing Saguvali chit in favour of the petitioner and enter his name in the land records pursuant to issuance of the Saguvali chit. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
