Heard Mr.K.M.Jamaludheen, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr.T.P.Sajan, learned counsel for Respondent. 2. This is an appeal filed by a public Authority. The matter was referred to Lok Adalath. Permanent Lok Adalath granted 5,000/- to the ₹ Respondent. Appellant challenged this order passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat in a Writ Petition. The learned Single Judge dismissed the Writ Petition. Undeterred, the Appellant has filed this appeal. The matter arises from Lok Adalath, Writ Petition is dismissed, yet for 5,000/- a Writ ₹ Appeal is filed. The Appellant ought to keep in mind the litigation policy that is generally adopted by the Public Authorities. We are not inclined to interfere with the judgment of the learned Single Judge.
