Learned ASC submits that Action Taken Report has already been filed before the learned trial Court, whereafter, the application of the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been dismissed and petitioner has been granted opportunity to prove his case by adducing the complainant’s evidence. He further points out that a similar application filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated
25.02.2025.
