The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Silli P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 274 and 275 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation is made that 400 Kgs of jawa mahua and 40 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the outside of the house of one Vinay Kumar. He next submits that the petitioner is said to be the accomplish of said Vinay Kumar. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-15 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is said to be the associate of Vinay Kumar. 5. Considering that 400 Kgs of jawa mahua and 40 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the outside of the house of [2025:JHHC:38567] -2- one Vinay Kumar and the petitioner is only the accomplish of said Vinay Kumar and further the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-15 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Silli P.S.
