The matter is taken up in National Lok Adalat.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned Advocate present for Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the claimants/respondents before this Court. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the Insurance Company is also present.
It has been stated by both the sides that matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
Joint submission has been made that both the sides sat before the Mediation Centre and sorted out the matter and as per term of settlement in the mediation, it has been agreed between both the sides that lump sum amount of Rs. 9,00,000/- (Nine lacs only) has to be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimants within 30 days.
Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that the said amount shall be deposited within 30 days in the account of concerned Tribunal from today.
It has also been agreed that the amount deposited by the New India Assurance Company, before the MACT, Godda in pursuant to the order dated 21.08.2023 passed in I.A. No. 8391/2022, shall be withdrawn by the Insurance

Company in accordance with law and no objection will be raised by the claimants on such withdrawal by the Insurance Company. Needless to say that learned Registrar General shall return the statutory amount to the Insurance Company in the present matter.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present case is hereby disposed of. ………………………….
