The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bagbera P. S. Case No. 26/2022, registered under Sections 406, 420, 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that the amount has been paid, however the agreement to sale has not been executed as yet. She also submits that the petitioner is only a witness on three money receipts. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of taking money and not executing the agreement. 5. Considering that the petitioner is only witness on the three money receipts and the allegation is there of not executing the agreement, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2025:JHHC:38579 2 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1" Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bagbera P. S. Case No. 26/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
