ORAL ORDER
Sri C.Venkatesh, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents- Bangalore Development Authority(for short 'BDA').
2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 31.07.2024 (Annexure-A).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, despite the representation having been submitted on 31.07.2024 (Annexure-A), no order has been passed by the respondents-authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents- BDA fairly submits that the representation submitted by

the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner.

In view of the submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the claim of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation. Accordingly, this Court pass the following:
ORDER i) Writ petition is disposed of.
ii) The Respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024 (Annexure-A) and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order.
