COMMON ORDER:
The instant Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 for the following relief:

2. IA.No.3 of 2025 is filed under Section 359(6) read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, by the Petitioner/de facto Complainant seeking permission to compromise the matter with the respondents 2 to 8 /Accused by quashing the Proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2023 on the file of I Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, against the Accused. 3. IA No.4 of 2025 is filed under Section 359(2) read with 528 BNSS, 2023 requesting to record compromise in Crime No.111 of 2023 on the file of I Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, for the offences under Section 498-A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and quash the proceedings against the Accused. 4. As can be seen from the record, it is the matrimonial dispute. Petitioner No.1 and Defacto Complainant/respondent No.2 are husband and wife respectively. Basing on the complaint given by respondent No.2, the subject crime is registered against the Petitioners/Accused. 4. During the pendency of this Criminal Petition, with the intervention of elders, parties decided to settle the issue amicably and respondent No.2 has no interest to proceed further in the matter and agreed to withdraw the case against Petitioners. 4
5. Parties are identified by their respective learned counsels on record. Copies of the Aadhar cards of the parties attested by their respective counsel are filed for proper identification. 6. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance. 7. Parties filed compromise petitions as stated supra stating that the matter is compromised between them and also filed an Affidavit to that effect. The terms and conditions would reveal that Petitioner No.1/A.1(husband) agreed to pay an amount of Rs.18,00,000/- to the de facto complainant (wife)towards full and final settlement of permanent alimony for which respondent No.2 agreed for the same. Out of the total amount, an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- was paid to respondent No.2 by way of demand draft dated 238537 dated 17.07.2025 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank Main Branch, Guntur City, Guntur District, and respondent No.2 withdrawn the said amount on
18.07.2025.
The remaining amount of Rs.9,00,000/- would be paid at the time of granting decree of divorce in HMOP No.167 of 2025 on the file of the Court of Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Tenali. Parties agreed to withdraw all the cases, filed by each other. 8. Respondent No.2 submitted before this Court that she has no issues with the Petitioners and there is no coercion and undue influence for settling the issue with the Petitioners. 9. Considering the submissions, in the interests of justice, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the

Proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2023 on the file of I Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, for the offences under Section 498-A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the Petitioners/Accused are hereby quashed.
