1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicant, who is in custody since 25.02.2022, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T No.561 of 2022, arising out of Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No.50 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 302, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the trial has been concluded and resulted into conviction and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the present bail application is hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
