1. Heard Mr.Dharam Lal, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“1. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to Set- aside/quash FIR No.58/2018 dated 12/12/2018 registered against the petitioners by Women Police Station, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to Set- aside/quash the entire Criminal Proceedings bearing Criminal Case No.2115/2019 against the petitioners arising out of the FIR No.58/2018 dated 12/12/2018, Pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class Bilaspur (CG).”

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that his clients are not responding, hence, he wants to withdraw this petition, but the FIR is of the year 2018 and the proceedings which are sought to be quashed is of the year 2019.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for, without any further liberty. A copy of this order be sent to the
