This Civil Revision Petition is filed being aggrieved by the order, dated 11.11.2024 passed in I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.157 of 2023 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District and consequently, prayed to set-aside the order impugned. 2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the issue involved in this case is settled before the Lok-Adalat, held on 13.10.2025 and an Award was passed to that effect. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition is not required. 5.
