The present petition has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present Revision-Petition setting aside the Impugned-Judgment/Order Dated 17/11/2021 passed by the Learned Family Court (Shri Ramjivan Dewangaon) Mahasamund, Distt.- Mahasamund (C.G.) in M.Cr.C. No. 46/2021, further petitioner hereby prays for grant of proper maintenance award of Rs. 20,000/- per month maintenance award from the respondent herein U/Sec. 125 OF Cr.P.C., effective from date of filling application, so to meet the end of justice.” 4. It appears that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 6.
