Present application has been preferred with the prayer to quash the order dated 18.03.2019 whereby learned trial court framed the charges as well as entire proceedings of G.S.T. no. 54 of 2018 (State vs. Govinda and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 1181 of 2017 under Section 2/3 of U.P.Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, PS- Vrindavan, District Mathura. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for applicant, confined his prayer only seeking expeditious disposal of G.S.T. no. 54 of 2018 (State vs. Govinda and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 1181 of 2017 in a time bound manner. 4. The prayer sought at the behest of learned counsel for applicant, seeking expedite disposal of the aforesaid case is not maintainable through application under Section 528 BNSS and as such the instant application is hereby dismissed. However, applicant is at liberty to prefer appropriate remedy before appropriate forum of law specifically for redressal of his grievances arising out of delayed trial as conducted by learned court concerned. 4. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the orders appended along with the instant application to office of learned counsel for applicant, as per rules and after retaining xerox copy of the same.
