We have taken up the matter for hearing in the chamber at 1.30 pm today. 2. Upon interaction with the corpus i.e. Pujaben, it emerges that the corpus and her minor daughter are in the custody of Vikas Gruh – respondent no. 3 by virtue of a judicial order passed by the competent court. Upon R/SCR.A/8129/2025 ORDER DATED: 16/06/2025 further interaction with the corpus and her mother i.e. the petitioner, the petitioner – Lilaben herself has stated that she has visited the corpus Pujaben and the corpus’ minor daughter twice at Vikas Gruh. 3. In view of the fact that the corpus and her minor daughter are in the custody of Vikas Gruh by virtue of a judicial order passed by a competent court, a writ of Habeas Corpus as such would not lie. 4. In light of the above facts, Mr. Kishan Chauhan, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition. Petition therefore stands disposed of as not pressed. (VAIBHAVI D.
