Tagum, learned counsel for the respondent nos.5 to 29. 2. The learned senior counsel for the respondent nos.5 to 29 raises objection to the maintainability of this writ appeal on the ground that order dated 29.01.2024 was passed in common in WP(C) 24(AP)/2024, WP(C) 405(AP)/2021 and WA 1(AP)/2024. The effect of the said order is that the order dated 21.12.2023, passed by the learned Single Judge in IA(C) 203(AP)/2023 in 405(AP)/2021 is modified. Page No.# 14/14 3. The learned counsel for the appellants has agreed that the interim order under challenge in this appeal stood modified by order dated 29.01.2024 referred above. 4. In view of the above, as the order under challenge in this intra Court appeal has been modified, this appeal has become infructuous. 5.
