By the present Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant (wife) seeks the transfer of Petition-A- No. 204 of 2024, pending before the Family Court, Sangli, to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur. 3. Mr. Sunil Kamble, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that the request for transfer is based on a limited ground, namely that the Applicant is unable to bear the conveyance charges and the amounts required to meet her expenses while attending the Court at Sangli. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Sunil Kamble, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Mr. Samyak Bhatkar, learned Advocate for the Respondent, on specific instructions from the Respondent, states that the Respondent agrees to pay the conveyance charges and an additional amount for refreshments to the Applicant on each date of hearing in Petition-A-No. 204 of 2024 before the Family Court, Sangli, when the Applicant is required to appear in person. 5. Based on the statement made by Mr. Samyak Bhatkar, learned Advocate for the Respondent, Mr. Sunil Kamble, learned Advocate for the Applicant, suggested that the Respondent pay the Applicant Rs. 1,500/- on the date/s of hearing when the Applicant is required to be personally present and attend the hearing at the Family Court, Sangli, in Petition-A-No. 204 of 2024. 6. Mr. Samyak Bhatkar, learned Advocate for the Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent, agrees to pay the Applicant Rs. 1,500/- on the date/s of hearing in Petition-A-No. 204 of 2024 before the Family Court, Sangli, when the Applicant is required to appear in person. Mr. Samyak Bhatkar, learned Advocate for the Respondent, submits that the said statement made by him, on instructions from the Respondent, be accepted as a statement made to the Court. Mr. Sunil Kamble, learned Advocate for the Applicant, accepts the statement made by Mr. Samyak Bhatkar, learned Advocate for the Respondent and submits that this Application be disposed of in terms of the said statement. 8. In view of the above and by consent of the parties, this Application is disposed of by the following order:- (a) The Respondent shall pay Rs. 1,500/- as conveyance charges to the Applicant for each date on which the Applicant is required to appear in person before the Family Court at Sangli in Petition-A-No. 204 of 2024. 9.
