After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the regular bail petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
