Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with ATS P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 corresponding to ATS Court Case No. 5 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 413, 414, 416, 467, 468/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-A), 25(6), 25(7), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, ATS, Ranchi.
3. On 14.07.2023, at about 09:30 P.M., ATS, Ranchi apprehended co- accused Siddharth Kumar @ Bobby Saw and, on his pointing out, co-accused Rajan Sao was apprehended. On search, a semi-automatic pistol was recovered from his possession.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that co- accused Rajan Sao has been granted bail by this Court earlier and Co-accused Ravi Munda has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVIII- cum-Special Judge, ATS, Ranchi in connection with ATS P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 corresponding to ATS Court Case No. 5 of 2023.
