JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 to conduct Tatkal phodi in respect of the petitioner's land measuring 2 acres 12 guntas situated at Jinnagara Village, Jagigenahalli Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bangalore Rural - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48725 WP No. 33019 of 2025 District, by considering the Online Application at Annexure-C. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State Authority submits that the procedure as contained in the Government Order bearing No.PÀAE125, J¸ïJ¸ï¹ 2022, ¨ÉAUÀ¼ÀÆgÀÄ, dated 22.04.2022 is required to be adhered to. It is further submitted that in terms of the said Circular petitioner's application requires to be completed and the petitioner is yet to complete his part, and discharge the duty imposed under Circular. In light of which application is pending still in the Citizen's Login. It is submitted that if the petitioner were to perform the duties caused upon him in terms of the Circular referred to above, further steps would be taken. 3. In light of the same, petition is disposed of. If the petitioner were to complete his part of the obligation in terms of the Circular referred to above, the respondent - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48725 WP No. 33019 of 2025 authorities are to endeavour to complete the process within a period of 3 months from today. 4. It is clarified that the period referred to above is only indicative and it is open for the Government if all documents and processes are complete, to complete the process expeditiously.
