Sri Sushil Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, at the very outset, submits that the revisionist and Opposite Party No. 2 have entered into a compromise and they have settled their entire dispute amicably. 2. Sri Mayank Krishna Singh Chandel Advocate holding brief of Sri Vivek Singh Chandel has also submitted that the parties have settled their dispute amicably. He further submits that he has no objection if this revision is allowed. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this revision is allowed. The order dated 3.11.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, II, Ballia in Criminal Case No. 3668 of 2012 (State of U.P. Vs. Umesh Kumar Singh & Ors.) is hereby set aside.
