Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station and and proposing to open a 'Rowdy Sheet against the petitioner 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station as the crimes have been registered against him in FIR No. 33/2025 and FIR No. 72/2024 on the file of Bapatla Town Police Station, and they intend to question him regarding his involvement in the said offences. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
