None present on behalf of respondents. 2. This writ petition was earlier dismissed as infructuous vide order dated 31.5.2019 and it was recalled vide order dated 16.8.2023. 3. Petitioner has declared his age as 46 years when this writ petition was filed in the year 2007, therefore, today he must be around 64 years. He has claimed that he was in service since October, 1983. However, a specific finding was recorded in the impugned order dated 29.8.2007, that petitioner has accepted that he has joined his service on 1.8.1990 as Clerk being basis of the seniority list, therefore, on factual aspect of the case, no circumstances exist to cause interference. Otherwise also, petitioner does not qualify for the post of Clerk in the year 1983, which has not been denied. There is no factual or legal error in the impugned order. 4.
