By filing this writ petition, petitioner has prayed to quash the order dated 13.12.2024, passed by respondent No.5 (D.E.O.), Garhwa, whereby the petitioner has been suspended. 3. During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instruction from his client that the suspension has already been revoked as some order has been passed regarding punishment of the petitioner. 4. Since, this writ petition was filed only challenging the order of suspension and suspension has been revoked, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. 5. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority, if he is aggrieved by any other order passed by authority. 6.
